Job Description :
Indorama Ventures: Indovinya is currently looking to hire an Audit Analyst to join our team in The Woodlands, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and executing SOX Controls, audit work / testing SOX Controls for Indovinya business processes in several geographics, ensuring compliance with Methodology and SEC guidelines. Coordinate the mapping and review of the Company's internal processes, in order to verify that the risks inherent to each process are properly controlled. Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the audited processes and the mitigation of their risks.
What You’ll Do:
Satisfactory completion of assurance commitments in line with guidelines approved by the Audit Committee.
Implementation of improvements suggested during business process reviews.
Implementation of SOX Controls and getting certified for future external auditor.
Analyze and evaluate narrative, financial, and statistical reports and program and other data provided by the auditee to assess program effectiveness and efficiency and develop recommendations for improvement.
Prepare and administer questionnaires and summarize results.
Provide SOX Control tests in relation to the commitments planned for the year within the defined deadlines.
Implement at least 90% of the improvements suggested in the audits, validating the corrective action plans with the process owners.
Prepare reports with the results of audits to be reported to senior managers and the Audit Committee.
Maintain communication with the owners of the audited processes regarding the audit program and controls that are under their responsibility.
Facilitate escalations, meetings, and surveys within the scope of the audit program.
Promote innovation during the execution of audits, always seeking to add more value to each process analyzed.
Independently carry out end-to-end assurance / SOX Controls tests of various business processes, following methodology, in accordance with the approved annual audit plan.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs / improve revenue through data analysis.
Review Assessment Questionnaires and provide timely feedback to the respective process owners.
Assist area management so that audits are carried out with quality, within the stipulated budget. Track conduct and implementation of past reported observations/reported SOX controls testing gaps.
Promote the discussion of current topics for the area's activity, always seeking to add more value to each process analyzed. Integrative Attitude: across functional teams; partnering and sharing information, experience, and knowledge.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Accounting or other relevant area. 5+ Years of relevant experience in related industry.
Strong organization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to read, speak, and write English.
High proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work as part of a team.
Multicultural work environment experience a plus.
Bilingual a plus
